9/20 - Adoption is finalized

Last night Julia and Luke had a blast coloring and playing with their toys. We have not been on a good sleep schedule since we got here so they were up until way past midnight. They both complained when it was time for bed.

Today Luke's adoption was finalized. We were the first ones there and the process was quick. We didn't see the certificate yet but will probably get it tomorrow. We're glad the appointments are going by quickly and happy to say we are now a family of four - that's on paper - even though we knew that a long time ago. :^)
